We had a pretty good formula.
Most recently, I've been doing this:
Citrulline Malate
L-tyrosine
ALCAR
BCAA's (and/or EAA's)
glucoronolactone
taurine
I always use caffeine of some kind, sometimes E/C.
sometimes I'll add potassium, DMAE, and Betaine.
some days I use AMP, which works well for me, BTW.
Rhodiola rosea, chocamine, and tyramine are additional options.
Save the GXR and RXT. They aren't really "boosters", so to speak.
