12 days "Processing"

As per title, I placed an order 12 days ago and it's still "processing". I tried pm'ing NP15 two days ago but have not been replied to. Perhaps, he's not one of the persons I can pm because of my post count so hopefully he can see this and help out. If not maybe one of the other NP reps(or a mod) can help.
