| That's what everything I've read says, absorbtion is poor. NOW's is Sabinsa's extract, and Sabinsa says bioperine is needed, but Now doesn't include it. PITA | |||

| Sublingual or liquid adenosylcobalamin (dibencozide), possibly in combo w/ methylcobalamin. Reading about this stuff on a B-12 deficiency forum -- it's supposed to be great for nerves and general health. I'm getting methylcobalamin in my Poseidon, but can't convince friends and family to drink it. | |||
