can you use DHL for canada????? please say yes because i always get nabbed on shipping rates.

The DHL rates only apply to the continental US. International, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses don't apply.

You could use DHL but the discount rates don't apply. The best value is going USPS. Using Global Express Mail EMS, or Global Express Guaranteed. These methods offer tracking services as well.
