Anyone just get an email that their order is just now shipping? 5-7 days for delivery is what the email states. Wow, and I got my order in on opening day. Wish I had known, wife's been watching the mail for it every day. Hope it's as good as hyped...

As Jimmy said, 1/day my friend. AM on non training days and pre-workout on workout days is a solid dosing strategy. It's a beautiful thing.

I believe all of the testers stuck to the recommended 1 cap a day, so anything reported was at that dose.
