Either, I'm in a terrible mood, or just busy lately (obviously with my absence from the forum, hello all)

I guess simple would have worked for me:

i.e. Unfortunately, one of the products you ordered has a 2-4 day shipping availability. We'll get it shipped out when it becomes available.
