Stryder now has the 10mgs caps of Methyl-D by Sci-Fit as well as their brand of 1,4 that contains 300mgs. Styder also has the best damn price too! If you go to BN.com and get about 7 of their bottles it will equal about 1 of the Sci-Fit's Methyl-D. You save about 45 bucks. I hope he has enough left over for when I get paid!

I've never used 1,4 and the SciFit 300mg caps seem like a really good deal. Have you used them before and what were your results?

I'm a hard gainer and got very little from 1200mg of 1,4 and m40hn for 5wks.
