I want to first off apologize for the delay to all who had placed an order for the Designer Buy 1 get 1 offer. I told you all that I would be receiving the shipment Monday or Tuesday at the latest, and here it is Wednesday and still no package. Having tracked the order, we've found out that the shipment was classified as being delivered this past Saturday at 10:22 am.
Being at the shop all day Saturday I know for a fact this package was NOT delivered at the given date and time. Somewhere, somehow the post office dropped the ball. Having talked to Sledge, he has promised to look into it and even reship the package to keep me from falling behind on fulfilling these orders; which says A LOT for his character and his business ethics, and to him I owe a great deal of gratitude.
To my customers, I will ship out your orders as soon as I receive the products and apologize for the delay and for any inconvenience this may cause. I appreciate all of your patience and your support.
