For reps shipping question on Order #262538

Hi NP reps, just trying to get an answer on my order. I put a note on my order when I put it through last Friday and then sent an email the other day RE:shipping method for my order, but I've not heard back from anyone. When I selected shipping method, the shipping compmay wasn't displayed, just the cost and for example International Express. So in my note I asked that it not be Fed Ex. And it looks like Ded Ex has been used.
