Ordered sulbutiamine and piracetam with NutraPlanet a few weeks ago and the package never made it to me although the order status indicated it was delivered. Gave it about another week and no package had been delivered yet. steveoph suggested I contact Customer Service and I was on the phone for less than 7 minutes (spoke with a young lady and then a gentleman by the name of Andrew) before they simply notified me they'd be sending me out a new package. They simply looked up my order number after I explained my dilemma and Andrew didn't even question me twice: he simply told me I'd be receiving a replacement package in the next 1-2 days.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! If only everyone operated like you guys, we'd be living in quite a different world.
