Order still pending after more than 24hrs...

Hey guys, someone can tell me why my order number 227325 is still ending (i'm referring to nutra's team)??? I've tried to contact customer service but it hasn't answered to me multiple e-mail (maybe monday has been holyday in the US??). Plz tell me something about it asap.

i would try customer service again in about 2-3 hours, it was a holiday here in the US on monday.
