Ok.. I emailed Customer Service and also called yesterday and was told that my order *might* not have been picked up, and that the tracking should be updated even though I got an email confirmation 2 days ago stating it has shipped.
Will someone look into this for me? Who can I pm my order # to, Oh I also have 2 different numbers:
An order number and a Shipment number.
