Best time to take Divanex?

I got my Divanex order and the instructions indicate:

"...take 1 capsule up to three times daily with meals."


Can someone explain why taking this product with meals? Isn't it better to take any herbal product on an empty stomach for better absorption?

I was under a similar impression...hopefully someone educated in this area can answer that question.

you can take alone if you prefer but take with Fish Oil or CLA or a healthy fat is for better absorption.
