I just placed a relatively small order. Now, I've moved since my last order and I thought I updated my address during the order process. Several days later I tracked them and both were going to the old addy! Called NP, they called both FedEx and UPS, got them redirected.
I noticed on my NP profile that billing and mailing addys are seperated, something I didnt discover at order time, so i fixed the problem. And NP once again stepped up to make it right.....i should get both boxes today
