    Protein Pancakes with NutraPro

Thought I'd share my experiment from this morning:

    2 scoops Vanilla NutraPro
    1/2 cup liqid egg whites
water to make it thin enough
    1/4 cup blueberries

spray the cooking pan with Pam and pour it in like a pancake batter. Flip when one side is done to make sure it cooks through. Smear a tablespoon of almond butter on top.

It was awesome!! I was totally surprised how well it turned out. Filling, nutritious, and sweet enough to skip adding any splenda or syrup.

Just ordered several more jugs before it's sold out or the price goes up....

would be interesting to add the NutraPro to regular pancake mix.

no pictures. I'm not the most technologically advanced ehhmm...still learning how to use Twitter, and don't even have a camera on my cell phone.

Maybe "Here2Study" or someone else could try it and post some pics.

Doesn't heating it degrade the powder? I thought I always read that.
