It's not PA, but it is PA's formulas. I remember reading he sold the licenses and formulas to a business partner's daughter, or something like that.

Original Amp (v1) was the bomb, they say torch'd is the same thing but I gotta try it still.

But that company name + logo just make me laugh... just doesn't seem right.
