I placed an order for some RPN PLCAR AND NOW FOODS ADAM. WHEN I TRIED TO SUBMIT THE TRANSACTION IT GAVE ME AN ERROR. I THEN CHECKED MY ACCOUNT AND THE AMOUNT WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY BALANCE. I HAVE RECENTLY SENT A SCREEN SHOT TO NUTRA CS. I WOULD LIKE THE PRODUCTS BUT I DONT WANT TO BE CHARGED TWICE. I ALSO ORDERED WHEN THE SHIPPING WAS FREE. HOW CAN THIS BE RECTIFIED? WHO DO I HAVE TO GET IN CONTACT WITH OR TALK TO? I STILL WANT THE PRODUCTS.
 
Customer SVC Monday-Friday 9-4 EST, number is on the website. Don't sweat it, I've dealt with Nutraplanet many times and the 1 or 2 times anything has come up like your situation they always take care of the problem professionally and promptly. You could also contact one of the reps on the board but I'd just call direct Monday morning.
 
I'm going to have to call Monday too. I had an item removed from my order I placed on the 1st after I was charged for it, and after two emails 4 days ago still no response.
 
Customer Service will handle it well and quite promptly I would agree. However, if you still have an issue, feel free to pm the details and I will see what I can find out
