I made an order that I screwed up with a couple days ago and immediately left a message with nutra's customer service detailing my name, number, order number, and intention to cancel the order. I haven't received a call back, but I figured the matter had been taken care of because I placed a different order, that processed and shipped 2 days faster than the faulty order. I logged onto my nutraplanet account today and see that the faulty order was shipped. How can this be taken care of?
