    problems with my cart


    I can't seem to remove some items out of my shopping cart also when i try to increase the quantity and update the cart it just resets to the quantity number it was at before.

    Is it just me? i've closed my browser and relogged back in and i still get it, I got the same thing yesterday morning

    i can remove and add items apart from "NoXidant (90 Capsules)" which seems like its stuck in there

    Try clearing your cookies and cache or using a different browser such as Firefox if that does not work.

    Tried that, i'm using Firefox.

    I get the error msg

    "

    anyone got any ideas about this? I tried to place an order the other day with the item still in the cart along with some other items. When i went to pay i got the error msg "ERROR: Unable to Process Credit Card / undefined method `atp' for nil:NilClass"

    The money came out of my account but the order failed to process. I did e-mail NP and got the refund straight away, very helpful!

    But since there closed now i dunno how to remove the stuck item from my cart

    I've even reinstall firefox but it still won't budge. Afraid if i replace the order i'll get the same error msg again!

    Very strange...Chub, PM me the email address you have on file and also the items and quantities you want to order. I will try to reserve those items for you until my webmaster can clear up the shopping cart issue.

    a 6 hour time delay on a sunday? nutra, you must be slipping! i jest obviously. i'm honestly surprised there's anybody fielding questions on a 3 day holiday. reps.
