Just curious, never ordered from NP before, but I've heard many good things about it so I thought I'd give it a shot. Does the shipping ever ship same day ordered? Just trying to figure out when my order will arrive. Sorry if this seems impatient, I'm just going out of town on Thursday and wondering if it will be here before I leave ( I used Fed-ex home delivery).

**Sorry if this isn't the right place for the thread...wasn't sure where to do so and it seemed to be the best spot.
 
often if I make my order before 11am it gets shipped the same day. it has never taken more than a day to mail me my stuff tho.
 
Does fedex home work on mondays? Pretty sure they dont deliver on mondays, not sure if they pick up/work, so you might have to add that into your package arrival time calculation.

Also NP is a great company, never had a problem with them, much better ordering and communication than most of their competitors, and shipping is fast, Im sure all you will hear are good things about them.
 
Thanks for your replies. I just ordered last night so I don't expect it to be here today, however I was just curious if it would at least ship by today. I have heard great things about them and their customer service, and am excited to see how it goes. Any info from a NP rep would be awesom.
 
I've actually ordered from them in the middle of the afternoon before and had it shipped out same day and actually had the carrier deliver it the next day which was pretty damn nice.

Although I'm sure something like that only happens when they're not overly busy.
 
Do they ship from multiple warehouses or does it all come from the same place? People that have gotten orders next day seem to be east coast or southeastern US. I live in CA so I'm curiuos if they ship from the nearest possible warehouse or from the same every time.
 
I'm thinkin all the shipments come from GA, but I'm not 100% on that. It takes my orders 2 days to get here USPS and 2 days from FedX (if they decide not to lose my package).

Nice, I've had better experiences with FedEx in my area. I'm like one of the first on the FedEx route and last on the UPS route. (8-9AM instead of 5-6PM)

Yeah I'm pretty early on the FedX and late with UPS, too, but last time I ordered from NP I had to wait an extra 5 days to get my stuff (not NP's fault of course). Order status said it was delivered at front door, but it never was.
 
right now I hear they are short staffed so it might take some time to process your order. yes fed ex does deliver on mondays.
