I would imagine pretty accurate; please realize the recommended dose is MUCH smaller than 1/4 tsp though, so you won't be able to accurately measure it out by volume.

Yes I understand, my post is hard to understand. Do you guys recommend to cap or could I mix 2 g in 100 ml of water etc.
