If you put the wrong shipping information?

I messed up my shipping information.

Do you just contact the customer service email?

Thats what I did, just want to make shure.

Would calling get a faster response?

Luckily i bought xtend so they wont be able to ship it out anyways, its backordered.

I hope they will get my email in time.

once theparcel is in the system , it will be difficult to retrieve.just hope it hasnt been handed over to a shipping firm

Just use the contact us button , it automatically adds your comments to the order if you add in the order ID.
