Cancelling an order

Is it possible to cancel an order I made if it has not shipped yet? The order number is 86462. I would call tomorrow morning, but I have work. Thanks.

edit: I know it's an odd hour, but I did send an email because I want to catch it before it ships and not have to deal with having to do a return.

As long as you used the contact us form and included your order # there should be no problem. Refunds take 2-4 business days to show up on your CC.
