I just wanted to post some respects to the good people who run the NutraPlanet. Up until now I haven't had opportunity to place an order at NP yet.

This past week I finally got to do so but ran into a new issue. As such I wasn't able to pay with a card (my issue, not NP's fault in anyway) as I usually do so I looked and saw that they would except a money order. I know that this can seriously delay your order at most places and even the NP note on the money order payment lets you know that it will. They need time to process your money order. It's just common sense that it will take longer. I had no choice so I accepted this and submitted my order.

I sent my money order in late Friday (which means it couldn't have processed at the post office until at least Saturday). Today is Monday and I've already received email notification that my payment was received, processed, and my order has shipped! I've got the tracking number.

This is some seriously awesome service. You all rock and I wanted you to know it. I was fully expecting to have a long wait. As it stands it looks like I'll have my product in a day or so. I could not be more pleased.

Wow superb service from both the post office and the planet. The former is a tad more shocking than the later though :D.

Glad you had a relatively seamless first experience with NP Hoom!
 
NP is really top quality service company , i juss recieved a 35 lbs order to "Algeria " north africa" fedex guy came in ,got my order with no issues , customs , taxes!

so props to NP.

i was surprised to when i saw 35lbs on teh fedex tracking! , but belive me it so easy to get to it with the hot deals and stacks add on it 7% off!
