Fill up a 00 capsule full, and you've got about 500-550mg in there. Take 2, about 12-20minutes prior to meals (Ideally containing carbs), 3-4x/day.

Most herbs are ~2 years if stored properly. Past that, it just loses its effectiveness so dose a bit higher.

Not at all; Jack3d will get you pumped, and the Yellow Gold will help with your carb intake. It's similar to AP, and people stack those left right and center..

That's enough to last you for a good while! I will be adding some basic info/dosing protocol onto the YG page, but I would suggest taking about 1g, 15-30mins before the moderate carb meal (30-50g).
