Yes caffeine free.

Guesstimates on the cracking the caps...hmm...definitely speeds things up. Perhaps 30 mins preWO, I'd say trial and error is your friend.

yup, caffeine free and its fine to open the caps. you could take it 30 minutes pre if you did. caps take around 15-20 minutes to breakdown into powder.
