NP Cissus Caps 50%

So, i have severely messed up my knees (dislocated them both multiple times).. I was recently playing some sports and now they are pretty sore. I wanted to give this cissus a try, but was unsure as to what kind of dosing I should do?

Is it common for this to go rock hard?

My powder in the clear caps is hard.. shaped like the pill cos I can move it up n down shaking the caps.. I reckon i could take them out n have hard powder caps LOL..
I figure its k?
