GMS dosing

I bought some bulk GMS to make my own GlycerGrow. What is the recommended dosage for GMS? I definitely will add it to creat mono and when that is done I have dicreatine malate.

Also, would it be advisable to add this to LG's Anadraulic State?

Something around 3-5 grams of GMS should be good.

LG's Anadraulic State doesn't need di-cre-mal. It already has some good creatines.
