Is this product better suited for a person with an already lower BF? I imagine myself to be around 17%BF, so I've been holding off until I get to around 12%.

Yea, usually recommended 10-12%. I used it around 8 I believe.

well, the avant guys say that it will work on all bf% levels but the results will be most noticeable once you get down to lower bf levels.

something like napalm seems more like a supplement weapon to use once the going gets tough. going from 17% to 12% should be much easier than getting from say 12% to 10%, so i'd say save it for when you need to bring in the artillery.
