Hey, Is Fedex the only way to have an order shipped?

I thought I could use USPS for a small order and the shipping was less.

You can. When checking out, you have different options. You should see something like

United States Postal Service
Priority Mail $4.80
Federal Express (Recommended)
Federal Express - Ground Delivery $6.00
Federal Express - Express Saver (3 Day) $10.05
Federal Express - 2 Day Air $13.05
Federal Express - Standard Overnight (by 3PM, later for rural) $34.60

That's for 2 bottles of Lean Xtreme.
