    Essentials + Joint Complex
Essentials + Joint Complex (648 g) By: Anabolic Innovations

In addition to the above, also includes:

    Flexability Support 2.5g
Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), Bromelain, CetylMyristoleate (CMO 20%), Turmeric Extract (Curcumin) Turmeric Root P.E. 95% Hyaluronic Acid, Naringin, Bioperine

    Joint Support 2.1g
    Glucosamine Sulfate, Chondroitin, Bromelain

Sidenote: For those observant members, you will notice that 10.5g * 60 = 630g, and not the 600g listed for the Essentials + Joint Complex. I should have an answer on this disparity soon.

a very reasonable price when you consider all those staples that are included.
should help eliminate some supplement cabinet clutter.

NB : we got the supplements information corrected on the site. Please note that some physical labels may be incorrect, and the version listed on the website is correct.

Label claims: Serving size is 10.8g, servings per container is 60.

    BCAA's 7000 mg
    Micronized Creatine Monohydrate 5000 mg
    Beta-Alanine 4000 mg
    Flexability Support 2500 mg
    Joint Support 2100 mg
    Vitamins + Minerals ~2000mg?

    Thats roughly 22.6 grams per serving (not 10.8) * 60 = 1356 grams (not 648)

    I'm still

You misunderstand the label claims, and I admit they are confusing. While 1 Serving is 10.8g,
2 Servings Per Day Provides the following

    BCAAs 7000mg
    Leucine 3500mg
    Isoleucine 1750mg
    Valine 1750mg

    Micronized Creatine Monohydrate 5000mg
    Beta Alanine 4000mg

So each serving basically has half of the above, per 10.8g. I see what you mean though, I think the easiest change would be to make the label 21.6g, and 30serving per container, or have someone divide the entire supp facts by 2!

You know what would be awesome and very affordable to me ...

maybe 1 serving Core ABC + 1 serving Essentials + Joint Complex pre workout ..

would run only around 45 bucks a month ... Would be getting a nice 13.5 grams bcaa pre workout, 4.5 grams beta-alanine, 2.5 grams creatine, but just half the dosage of multi and joint complex .. as long as you are eating healthy i think halving that multi is no big deal.

also whats the recent news on the essentials + protein??
