Pre-workout- White flood tabs (am sold on these from a log I'm doing)

Post-workout- 10g BCAA+20g WPI+30g carbsworth of gatorade powder

Wild cards/staple- Testojack 100 by NOW Foods(ZMA, Longjack, eleuthero, and trib) and Relora by NOW Foods.

Between the Relora and the White Flood (GABA), I am feeling pretty good I think. I was gonna look into dosing additional GABA as well. I tried it a few times in the past, as my friend uses straight GABA, and I liked the effects I felt over a few days of a trial. It, along with its brain-relaxing effects, is also said to increase GH. But then again, so do a lot of things.

Yes, every once and a while, I like to throw some bulk GABA in there as well for it's purported GH releasing abilities and calmness, but I have recently found phenibut to be superior for calming and relaxation purposes.
