Something wrong with Nutraplanet store

Something is wrong with the Nutraplanet store. When i try to order it tells me something went wrong and my order does not go through. I need to order stuff today or I am going to have to go else where and order. Please fix it.

What browser are you using, and could you be a bit more specific about when the error is occurring? I have no problems placing an order, and I haven't heard of any other customers having issues so I believe it is a problem with your computer setting/configurations.

Do you have Javascript, SSL, etc. enabled? If you're using firefox, did you try using Internet Explorer instead?
 
you gotta love NP customer service... where else can give you this level of service? it seems they work 24/7 :woohoo:
 
I have tried on 2 different PC's. Here is the message I get.

"We're sorry, but something went wrong.
We've been notified about this issue and we'll take a look at it shortly."
 
are you a first time customer?

sometimes that message just means they need to verify your credit card prior to shipping. or something isn't matching up correctly.

you should expect an email from cust service - monday at the latest given it's the weekend.

if you don't hear soon drop a note - Invalid Link Removed
 
I have ordered a couple of times from Nutraplanet. I have not had any issue before.
I'd say try clearing your cache/cookies, but you have the problem on 2 computers. Try clearing your cart, and adding the stuff in again, perhaps you have a corrupted item somehow. Also double check you personal information/checkout info, that could be doing it too.

WOW.................I figured it out. Hank mentioned something about credit card verification and that got the wheels turning. My bank card info was stored on my account but............ I got a new bank card last month with the same number but a new expiration date. I ran it again and entered my card info and it went right through. Bodybuilders can get touchy when they cannot order their supplements. My wife wanted to know why I was throwing a fit like a 5 year old.
