can anybody help me out here. i need a rough measurement for 5 grams of the bulk leucine powder. ive been doing 1/4 tsp. is this at least close? thanx guys.
Probably not. For most bulk powders 5 grams is a full teaspoon or a heaping teaspoon. I haven't used bulk leucine so I don't know the density but I'm guessing 1/4 tsp. is well short of 5 grams.
I believe the density on NP's is close to that, it is very fluffy and light. I threw out my massive container a while back, I just do a very generous spoonful at a time
