L-Dopa Dosing

Hi All,

I purchased NP's L-Dopa 15% (500 grams), but I do not know how much I should be taking.

Does any one have any ideas?

1.5-4g of 1-Carboxy seemed to be the usual dose. That was 3.3x higher L-Dopa content. So try 5g and work your way up to 10g if you want.

are the effects the same, between l-dopa and 1-c? Or is 1-c safer?

i have the same question. apparently 1-carboxy is 3.3x stronger? is that right?

I believe 1-carboxy is stonger, so you can take less. I am taking the 1-carboxy, but I ordered the l-dopa for a friend. I posted this thread to find out how much should be taken of the regular l-dopa.
