bulk xfactor

so i have one tub of bulk xfactor. i was wondering what is the dosage for 1 serving? is it 1 tsp = 1 serving? so 1tsp 4 times a day?

Most do between 1g--> 1.5 of pure AA/day.

cool, do u know what 1 serving size would be? 1tsp....?

example: say 1tsp is equal to 1 gram bulk xfactor, the i would need 10 tsp's split up throughout the day. how do i know how much 1gram of bulk xfactor is?

The density of each powder is listed on the container. Figure out how much makes 2.5g, and that's your serving size. Sounds like roughly just over a tsp, Invalid Link Removed
