Vick I'm not sure what the delay is. I assume your order is still pending? My two hunches are that something was OOS/Presale that you ordered, or they are awaiting a credit card verification for your 1st order. Check your junk mail for anything from customerserver@nutraplanet.com

Be sure to email that adress anyways with your order #, and this issue will be cleared up promptly.

Even though Hanker Crombie & Fich just cleared things up, sometimes its a location issue. I live out in Southern California and it averages 5-7 days for me to receive my orders.
