my order still says pending i ordered on the 6th and it will b the 12th tommarow does that mean it hasnt even been shipped yet?i put 100+ dollars in my order that would b really lame if this is the case(this is my first order from nutraplanet as well)thanks
 
Were any of your items out of stock? If so, your order will not ship until ALL products can be placed in the box and sent to you.

Vick I'm not sure what the delay is. I assume your order is still pending? My two hunches are that something was OOS/Presale that you ordered, or they are awaiting a credit card verification for your 1st order. Check your junk mail for anything from [email protected]

Be sure to email that adress anyways with your order #, and this issue will be cleared up promptly.

killer - when i checked on your order they said they were still waiting on you to get your credit card verified/corrected.
did you get that taken care of w/them?
your order is ready to ship as soon as that is cleared up.

Even though Hanker Crombie & Fich just cleared things up, sometimes its a location issue. I live out in Southern California and it averages 5-7 days for me to receive my orders.
