Na-RALA dosage questions?

I'm about to start a good recomp consisting mainly of Nutra brand cap products.

I'm curious about Na-RALA and it's recomping effects, if it's worth purchasing for such a thing, WHEN you should dose, HOW much, and at what times..

Oh, and don't forget "with or without food".

1/4 tsp 3-4x/day would be fine.
take 5-15 minutes prior to a meal - breakfast, lunch, dinner, post workout would all be good occasions to celebrate with na-rala.

Is this a great tool for recomping?

And I'll be using the nutracaps, not the powder....
 
for the caps directions are as follows:
1 capsule up to three times daily 30 minutes before meals.

i personally have never used na-rala, but i do know there are people who love the stuff.
it is reported to improve insulin response and help repartition nutrients.
i wouldn't expect anything amazing, but with proper diet and excercise it should assist in your recomp.
