Dosage on the nutra site says that 1/3 tsp= 800 mgs BUT on the jar label it says 1/4 tsp is 800 mgs.

Which amount is the correct dosage instructions?

What dosage is best??

1/2 tsp at night(1.6 grams)- I can up this and

1/2 tsp in the morning ( or if a work out then this goes to preworkout)

Is two a day dosing alright?

How much time should there be between morning dose and food. I was going o take the dose at 6:45 am and then I eat at 8:00 am.
 
If you've never taken it before, that would be a good place to start. And yea, there is nothing wrong with 2 or even 3x a day dosing.
 
By the faq for powerfull it says that one can eat 30 minutes after your dosage. Hence, carbs should not affect the product after a 30 minute time frame- not sure if this is correct. Any advise?
 
in my medicine lecture, we learnt that arginine is insulingenic. and protein is found to have arginine as an AA so it would cause an insulin spike. i suggest u take it on an empty stomach.

It would take a fair bit of arginine to cause an insulin spike that would blunt the GH release. If you're really interested in the specific details, either PM Mulletsoldier, or look into the PowerFULL FAQ's :cheers:
