I wanted to buy Oxiracetam and Pramiracetam caps but seen bad reviews on the net about their stuff (could have been old though).

Hope things are different now and might order, cause I'm really having a hard time finding Pramiracetam caps shipped internationally and can't really be bothered with bulk powder.
