    Hey fellow AM Freaks~

    I started training for the USA's which will be held June 8 /8 in Laughlin, Nv.

    Im excited for this meet because it will be the 1st time in 2 yrs i feel hundred % again after my back injury.. I have done 3 meet in the past year but never trained for them. End of 2010 in blew out L4/5 & S1 disc. Doctors want surgery .. I said no. I rehabbed myself. I feel im ready to hit it hard for this meet. I know ill never beable to lift what i used to im not dead yet so lets see where this goes!!! Ill you all in the journey!!

    GOALS 625 squat , 450 bench, and 550 dead @ 190lbs

    Sat Workout (Lower)


    Pre Work - 2 scoops of Supp-D, 3 Swoll-N and 3 T-Blast by NLA Performance


    Week 1. Squat: 135 x 10 - 185 x 10 - 225 x 5x5

    One Leg Leg Press: 600 x 15 - 700 x 15 - 800 x 3 x 15

    DB One Leg Stiff Leg Deads: 50 x 12 - 65 x 10 - 75 x 2 x10

    Hypers: 80lbs x 5 x 10 pause on top

    Leg Extension: 150 x 2 x 10

    Leg Curls: 125 x 5 x 10

    Last night was only cardio and core~~ It was crazy..

    I havent done cardio in forever. Usually, when people ask me "Do powerlifters do cardio?" I tell them yes~ They say what do you do , I respond I LIFT HEAVY WEIGHTS FAST!!! hahahaha..

    But last i did 20 mins of arc trainer and ab work.. not a fun night. lol.


    Deadlifts tomorrow night.
