I'm definitely in for this.


I think that (after I ETS and graduate college) I may seriously get into powerlifting, at 5'9"-5'10" I don't think I would want to weigh much more than 190-200, but really enjoy moving progressively heavier weight.

Although I think I would probably do it raw as opposed to equipped.

Regardless, always willing to follow someones journey to do something incredible!

So i did legs.. Havent eat much, just not hungry! SO i ate yesterday at 5pm and trained today at 11 am..

Did legs~~ All i needed was to slam some T-Blast and Swoll-N and sip in Supp-D thru out the session!

Coughed the whole time!! This sucks..


Finished off day by goin home and having some Recover-D!!
