  1. Ok AM Freaks!! Im back!! Still sick but had to get back at it~~

    So i did legs.. Havent eat much, just not hungry! SO i ate yesterday at 5pm and trained today at 11 am..

    Did legs~~ All i needed was to slam some T-Blast and Swoll-N and sip in Supp-D thru out the session!

    Squats

    95 x 10
    135 x 5
    185 x 5
    225 x 3
    275 x 1
    315 x 1
    365 x 1
    405 x 3 x 3

    Sumo Deads
    225 x 10 x 1

    Siff Leg Deads with 185 with 80 lbs chains 4 x 8

    150 lb sled~~~ forward, backward, kareoke runs 2 passes each x 25 yrds!

    160 lb tire flip 4 passes total of 100 yrds!

    Coughed the whole time!! This sucks..


    Finished off day by goin home and having some Recover-D!!

    Called it a day went to celebrate Easter sunday - but had to get main lift in !!!

    Workout felt good only bad note was i broke my belt~~



    This weekend we have max effort bench and squats!! Im excited!!!

    Didnt have much time so just did squat only no assistance!! Least i got it in ~~~ We are 7 weeks out!! Cant miss any days!!

    Decided to train during my shift since i had some clients cancel..

    Popped 4 Swoll-N and 2 Scoops of Supp-D Cherry Lime Aid~ Yum
