This is really interesting but I also notice if I take anything with niacin after I drink the flush is almost unbearable?????

Even with the drinking issue aside, is there anyway to minimize the flush???? I like taking Poseidon but I am almost considering giving it up because the flush gets so bad sometimes!!!

1) there is a new super time released formula by Natrol...500mg gives me zero flush.

2) I would say the extreme flush is from dehydration, as water intake is the only thing that reduces the impact of the flush (makes sense, as this is water soluble.)

Could very well be it. Get that water intake in Mr. 50 and let us know how it works for you. You can also try adding your serving to a light protein drink to significantly reduce the flushing effects as well.

The body can handle quite a bit of vitamin C. Just take them at different times of the day.
