How much citrulline in Swell?
I really want Man body Octane, but since Nutra is out, I'm looking at Swell. Can anyone tell me the dose of CM in Swell?

Enough...with the conjunction of BA,CM,AAKG,Leu and the poseidon there is profound synergistic effect, much more than BO.

I vaguely recall a rep saying it contained 1g of citrulline. It's third on the prop blend and we know that it contains 3g leucine and 1.6g BA so 1g of citrulline seems about right. The problem is most us dose exceeding 10g. There may be some synergistic effect, namely lactic acid buffering, I suppose.

In the swell matrix, it is the second listed after BA, followed by Leucine and AAKG- with a total of almost 6 grams for the matrix, per the nimbus website. Now, it does not give a definitive number, but I believe the estimates above are probably in the right ball park, as it is specifically designed for synergistic purposes I believe.

I noticed this on the website and was going to say something. If Leucine is listed 3rd and there is 3g, wouldn't it stand to reason the 1st and 2nd ingredients must be >3g, and that adds up to something more than 6g in the matrix? Or perhaps the 3g of Leucine isn't counting the matrix.... I'm getting too specific lol.

poison, i had the same concerns when swell first came out. i can't remember what the amounts were when they posted them but i remember thinking the ba and cit mal amounts were low. as a user of body octane in the past i think you will like the swell. i was impressed with it. the poseidon formula in swell seems to make everything better.

I got to thinking about this the other night after reading this question.

My guess, my 2 cent

3g of Leucine
1.6g of Beta-Alanine
750mg- Citrulline Malate
750mg- Arginine-Alpha-Ketoglutarate

Serving is 2 scoops, 60 serving per container. Good amount per serving and this is a product you could double/triple dose and get an even better dose or combine with other products like Intrabolic or Purple Wraath.

The CM and AAKG could vary....like my other guess would be higher amount of CM over the AAKG. Either way just like Purple Wraath I believe its plenty.

last year i did a 4 month log on poseidon/incarnate/purple wraath, that was a good stack. using swell in place of poseidon would be even better.

you are right, i was adding bulk cit mal. swell eliminates the need for this. plus the added ba. replacing poseidon with swell and adding anabolic edge should be the holy grail.

swell/purple wraath/white flood/green mag/incarnate/anabolic edge...i will try to run most of them for at least 3 months. i usually make orders every 2 weeks so i will replenish my supply half at a time. been taking reduction also, pretty nice so far. i like the night time part.
