Good evening all! ( here at least ),

Just had a quick question in regard to Poseidon's ability to improve the absorbtion of other supps. I understand the theory but the timing in regards to capsuled products has me beat at the moment.

I was thinking of running Incarnate for a month to see how that goes in terms of joint support mainly and was wondering if I would ;

a) just wash the caps down with Poseidon or

b) take the caps, give it a few minutes and then down the Poseidon?

Not too sure how long it would take the capsules to disolve etc. Cheers for any help

I would just wash it down with poseidon. Whenever i have something i usually just take it with my poseidon. It does seem to help with intensifying the effects of certain things so good luck!

If you are taking Poseidon throughout the day, you would be fine either way. Poseidon has an accumulative effect in the body. Thats why all of the benefits don't show up until it has been used for a few days.

If your not taking it throughout the day, then just take them together and it should help.

Thanks for the quick reply guys. I will do as you suggest and up my Poseidon dosing ( always a good thing )and just add the Incarnate as directed when it arrives. Will need to buy some more Blast and Poseidon but you can't have too much right
