Poseidon and HGH

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I heard somewhere that Poseidon could have potential HGH increasing effects. I assume these effects are slight, but I was wondering if anyone could elaborate on which ingredient(s) in Poseidon can cause them?

Wanderlei is a name known to all

I don't see Poseidon increasing HGH levels any appreciable amount. Is there any particular reason why you are trying to boost HGH, perhaps to increase height?!?

Just saw somewhere that an added benefit of Poseidon was a small amount of HGH increase. I was just interested because I had no clue any of the ingredients in it could have that effect.

Could you elaborate on where you heard this info from? This is the first I'm hearing of this.

As to the effects, with increased CNS durability and the sleep effects some are seeing with it's use it's plausible to think that it could indirectly effect HGH levels through it's effects on getting a good nights rest. In that case, you can thank the bcomplex mixture, and electrolytes.

Someone on this board, I have no idea where. It was some thread where someone was asking for a supplement to help with some endurance sport.

Yeah, I was thinking the B vitamins and Inositol and stuff could have some indirect HGH boosting help, but was just wondering if there was something I didn't know about in the ingredients that could have a direct HGH boost. I guess not.

I haven't heard of any direct hgh boosting effects..but i agree the added effect of improved sleep is great with poseidon.
