ok, got my package yesterday with my swell in it-a day early i might add,go nutra planet. i definately got the ba tingles from it, this is a good thing as i was concerned about the ba content in swell. i have been off poseidon for a few weeks and forgot how good i feel on it. ive only taken 3 doses so far, so cant really evaluate this against original poseidon yet, but i do like the ba tingles combined with the poseidon tingles, makes you feel like this is really working.

I like the flush too...kinda grows on you!

You stacking it with anything else pre or intra workout? Appreciate the feedback- looking for hints how to best use this.

I got mine coming and will run Swell pretty much as a stand alone ( Use Blast when I have to and Poseidon before bed plus the occasional shot of whey and that's it ). When you get hammered with shipping you can't use too many supps so I am curious to see how it holds up. I hate the waiting though...

if i were you i would get some clout to stack with it. very good creatine plus some added beta alanine and citrulline malate. if you got the cash you also might get some nutra planet capped cissus.

Those all sound like a pretty solid stack. As for Swell solo, I'm bias, but in my opinion it holds up in the performance department very well.

ok chicken, check out tri-creatine in the bulk section at nutra. 100 gm's for around $10. i would just dump the tri-creatine into the swell and continue to use 2 scoops. the poseidon blend seems to make everything work better so you will have a full month or more at a very reasonable price. hope that helps.

you are right of course. but nimbus products make a great foundation to build a stack around, mostly because imo they make the other stuff more effective. not knocking the products, just for me i like the synergy they have with almost everything.

Completely agree with you on that one t. It does seem to up the ante on a lot of other supps taken in conjuction with it. The advice of adding some bulk Tri-creatine looks like a stellar and economically feasible option that would work great.

swell/plcar/tri-creatine is going to be my stack. supposed to get the tricreatine/plcar in the morning. anybody got feedback on plcar-dsade highly recommends it.

If dsade recommends it ... I can't see you going wrong. I have only used ALCar and love it. Should just require a slighly lower dose for equal effect.

This sounds pretty good to me. I think I will run Swell solo for 4 weeks and add bulk tri-creatine to Swell for a further 4 weeks or so after that to see how well it works.

ok, had to work ot last night. i took 2 scoops of my swell 'blend' before work and had a great night. felt good enough that when i got home took 2 more scoops and went to gym. this is taking awhile to fully kick in but today i think i am getting the beta-alanine effects. i realize b-a is a gradual product but well worth the wait.

the posiedon tingles are enhanced in swell, i like it. starting to get the recovery from the ba now. the cit mal is a great addition for energy stamina, im a big fan of cm. combined with the plcar/tri creatine i can tell this is going to be a great stack. fri im getting blast/swell/more plcar/tri creatine and adding alcar to the mix. i am looking forward to my 'clumpy poseidon'.

Good to hear!!! How long have you been doing the Swell/plcar/tri-creatine combo bigt or have you yet to get rolling on that one?

order went in on 12/11 for the plcar tricreatine. recieved 12/13. i was already taking the swell for 2or3 days before adding the plcar/tri creatine. damn, thats some pretty amazing results for a short period of time, i would have quessed i had been taking it longer than that. i know poseidon is amazing, but i did'nt think i would be getting ba/cm effects this soon. there must be some nice synergy going on with this stack. never taken plcar before so dont know what to look for, but energy/recovery is already improved.

Sounds sweeeeet. Tri-creatine + Swell is a great stack for those of us who love a good endurance, NO, creatine mix without the stomach upset and bloat. Defenitly keep us updated on your progess buddy-ro.

Nice! Thats what I'm after.

My Blast and Swell should be here soon. May only wait 4 weeks before adding the tricreatine. My aim is to take on the excercises from beastskills which will require some serious strength improvement. However firstly I will need to increase endurance so I can practice handstands as much as posibble (in order to be able to do free standing handstand push ups etc). Hence the choice of Swell - gotta spend as much time on my hands as possible.

this blend is killer, one of the best pre-workout drinks ive tried. no the i cant sit still kind of energy, just the lets get er done type. great focus and dont even think about recovery, which is pretty amazing considering im 49. swell/plcar/extend/tri-creatine, and im adding 100gms of alcar to the mix when my order gets here. going to do 2 scoops of the blend and a scoop of blast 2xday. going to use the clumpy poseidon pre bed.

If Swell alone can't cover me recovery wise I'll probably add some Excell at a later date or even add a shot of Vendetta to the Pre workout Swell/ Blast. Blast/ Swell certainly seems to allow for a lot of versatility.

ok, i no longer doubt the effectiveness of the doseages of beta alanine/citruline malate in swell. i believe that all the poseidon products enhance the effectiveness of a lot of other supps.
