hey prld or workin, i have a 15 yr old nephew who is very into sports, basketball and track mostly. he wanted to start strength training so i got him some weights and a bench. would it be alright for him to take poseidon,swell?

It's all natural, and safe for any healthy individual to consume. However, if he's just started the sports and strength training, I'd hold off on starting him on supplements until he has a little lifting adaptation under his belt.

no,no. he's new to weight training, he's been involved in sports since 8. ive had him doing sit ups, push ups and running sprints for the last year.

Give him some time to play around with the new weight equipment, ala with out any supps. Then after a while you could start him on some Poseidon if you'd like. It should actually help quite well in his sports performance aspect, if he's competive in high school sports.

Yep, swell is a solid supplement! The only thing I don't like I about it is the taste... I mixed it into a carrage-berry smoothie I just made and well, ... The smoothie didn't exactly make my taste buds jump...

You may notice a slight tartness due to the citrulline. Try some lemonade crystal light with it if you ever get the chance. Good stuff....

I have always enjoyed the taste of citrulline malate... The addition of l-leucine is probably what makes it taste bad, although I can't say for sure since I've never had bulk l-leucine before... I thought I did, but apparently I was ingesting bulk taurine at the time... But ehh, I usually just down it anyways...

i got 100gm of tri-creatine and another 100 of plcar in my jug of swell. i usually add 3 scoops of watermelon xtend to 2 scoops of the swell blend. once i was in a hurry and just mixed it with water, notice i said once.uughbtw the xtend masks the taste real well.
