| Blast sample reviews Ok so i got 4 blast samples a couple months ago wit a nutra order...i had been using white flood so i hadnt got to em....til today Today to assess my tolerance i only tried half the packet(1 tru serving) about 30 min before an exam. I got real hyped up....it was more a energy rush than i got wit wf but not as much focus. i then took the rest of the packet before my lift....like i said more energy but not as much focus. ill update on this as i use more samples through the week, but from first impressions a single serving would seem to be a perfect morning boost. |

| ok im hopin a rep sees this and can help me...or u other real smart ppl out there... i want to use another blast sample before my workout tomorrow but i only wanna use a half a packet..how much is that in like tsp? or could u just mix it in water and drink half before the lift, how long would the other half last in water before it lost effectiveness? thnx |

| I really liked the blast sample.. since they were flavorless. I learn that the hard way...i mix my samples with 2 scoops of watermelon xtend. |
