Blast sample reviews

Ok so i got 4 blast samples a couple months ago wit a nutra order...i had been using white flood so i hadnt got to em....til today

Today to assess my tolerance i only tried half the packet(1 tru serving) about 30 min before an exam. I got real hyped up....it was more a energy rush than i got wit wf but not as much focus.

i then took the rest of the packet before my lift....like i said more energy but not as much focus.

ill update on this as i use more samples through the week, but from first impressions a single serving would seem to be a perfect morning boost.

ok im hopin a rep sees this and can help me...or u other real smart ppl out there...

i want to use another blast sample before my workout tomorrow but i only wanna use a half a packet..how much is that in like tsp?
or could u just mix it in water and drink half before the lift, how long would the other half last in water before it lost effectiveness?

I'd mix it all in one water bottle, drink half prior to training and keep the rest in the refrigerator for the next day. It should last about a week or 2 in the fridge! ;-)

Really liked the Blast samples I got from Nutra a while back. Definitely helped me make it through my fasted morning cardio

I really liked the blast sample.. since they were flavorless. I learn that the hard way...i mix my samples with 2 scoops of watermelon xtend.

LOL, yeah... the samples where to let customers gauge effects not necessarily taste.

im mixing my swell with watermelon xtend,mmmm. workin thats good info that you can mix it a week in advance, been wondering if it loses it's potency after mixing it up.

you can add any other bulk powders and the flavor systems cover them nicely...
